Delivery SchedulePlease allow 28 days for delivery.  Many items will be received within 7 days of the original order.  If you need to know estimated delivery time before making an order, then please call us on 01227 365299 or email at skatermates@hotmail.com prior to making the order.  If we do not expect to fulfil an order within 28 days, we will email or call you to let you know.

When goods are shipped overseas it is the responsibilty of the buyer to return the goods and cover postage costs even if the goods are faulty.

Returns Policy If you are unhappy with the products in any way you may return them within 7 days of receipt at the cost to the customer, for either a full refund (less our courier charges and handling fee) or for an exchange, this must be done within 30 days of receipt. We will send the exchanged item to you free of charge, on receipt of the original goods.

Returned items must be in a new and unused condition, with all tags and packaging included. All returns are checked by Skatermate before a refund is issued. We will not accept returned goods that are not in a saleable condition and will return them at cost to the buyer.  For blades, the seal on the blade must still be intact.

The cost for posting returns is the responsibility of the customer.

In all cases when returning goods please include a note including your name, address, the order number from your invoice, a contact telephone number and the reason for return. Please also state whether you require a refund or exchange.

We would advise you to at least obtain proof of posting when returning goods, as loss or damage during return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
